NUTECH G-1 is a low friction, universal packing for pumps and valves, self-lubricating fiber. Manufactured from 100% graphite which can be applied to virtually all pumps and valves. Packing will not harden or glaze over and can result in a maintenance saving many times in excess of the actual packing cost. Applications in air or oxygen up to 850 deg F, up to 1200 deg F in steam, shaft speeds to 4000 FPM. Manufacturers consider this packing a service equivalent to Chesterton 1/375, Garlock #200, Sepco #ML-4444. Pressure to 500 PSI on pumps and 2500 PSI on valves, pH 0-14, Interlock braid.
NUTECH G-1 Packing is available in the following sizes:
1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1".
