LMS-100 White Grease is a superior quality, clean, multi-purpose grease for lubricating moving parts of equipment in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, textile, and other plants that process clean materials or packages. It is water resistant, which makes it ideal for use in applications where water is present. It also has a wide temperature range (-10 to 295 degrees Fahrenheit) which covers most food processing needs.
The addition of PTFE (one of the slipperiest substances known) makes the grease have better lubricity, help machines wear down slower, and last longer without hardening. This helps reduce the need for maintenance. PTFE also makes the grease safer by giving it increased lubrication in the event the grease burns off.
It is also chemically stable and rust protective. Both the grease and the PTFE are nonreactive to metal, or rubber. It provides a corrosion preventative coating to lubricate and lengthen the life of gears, cams, bearings, o-rings, etc.
